Ingredients:
1 handful spinach leaves or as desired
4 slices turkey, diced
4 slices ham, diced
2 ounces Colby cheese, cubed
2 ounces Edam cheese, cubed
1 string cheese, peeled
¼ to 1/3 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
½ small cucumber, chopped
1 small apple, cored & chopped
1/3 cup cranberries, dried
2 ounces Colby cheese, cubed
2 ounces Edam cheese, cubed
1 string cheese, peeled
1/8 cup bacon pieces
¼ onion straws
½ cup croutons of your choice
1 bottle of poppy seed dressing, chilled
Directions:
On a plate place the spinach, then add the rest of the
ingredients by order of ingredients. Then top with amount of dressing desired.
Makes one to two servings depending on your appetite.
*Note:
I have doubled all the ingredients except the onion straws,
croutons, and salad dressing. Then I placed half of the salad in a container
for my lunch the next day. I don’t add the onion straws, croutons, and salad
dressing is it will make the salad a soggy mess. I carry the other ingredients
in separate small containers.
