Ingredients:
8 Boneless pork chops 1/2” thick each
½ cup white wine*
2 teaspoons savory dried
1 teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
In 10x13” baking dish pour in the white wine. Place the pork
chops in the mixture.
Sprinkle the savory, garlic powder and turmeric over the top
of the pork chops.
Cover the tops of the pork chops with both of the cream of
soups.
Cover with aluminum foil. Place on middle rack of the oven.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear. As
always go by oven manufacturer’s advice since all ovens are different.
Makes enough for 4 to 8
*Note:
Can substitute chicken broth in place of white wine.
